LA with Sarah

1.11.2025

Last month, Sarah was visiting locally so of course we had to make a trip out to have fun!! We decided to visit the Natural History Museum, which I haven’t been to before, since it would have lots to look at!

There were these cute little mice huddled together in the display… So many of the exhibits had really unique setups, which we enjoyed looking at! I was not able to feel comfortable enough to take close up photos lol, but one of the cuter displays was the spiders who were given mini dollhouse-like furniture to web on!

Sarah had the adorable idea of choosing a butterfly to represent each of the himekaji admins, which was super fun

We went to visit Bottega Louie to eat some sweets together, and Sarah chose this gigantic croissant!! I was surprised the metro was very easy to take to come over to this area from the museum, which made it quick to visit for a cute bite

When we got back to the museum, we spotted these dinosaur pens that were so cute Sarah got them for us!! We spent the rest of the time waving the pens throughout the exhibit!

We found an ostrich and a bear

A yellow boy

The whole day was so, so fun and I loved it so much!!

I took my outfit photo the evening before while I planned what to wear! I don’t have a good outfit photo spot set up at my manz place yet so I figured I would just snap one first.

Evelyn makes such soft knit tops that are so comfortable to wear. I picked up this top for cheap when I was looking for lightweight tops that wouldn’t make me itchy, and happily it’s comfy

Really love this skirt design I wasn’t sure if it would fit, but when I impulsively sprung for a cheap listing, thankfully it does! The GRL boots have become a new favourite to wear with girly outfits
